Well run business

I am prevented from writing the whole review, and I feel it is critical to know the entire story. I have attached two images with the full review and then some pictures. Please consider reading before hiring this company.

MOVERS BEWARE! The reason this company has high ratings is because if you have a dispute an 'outside representative', David Lee' will try to make you sign an NDA in order to get compensated. Even if they admit an error was made on their end, the client will not be compensated without a non disclosure agreement. You HAVE to sign a form stating that you WILL NOT write any negative review or anyone associated with you cannot write the negative experience online. As you can see, we care a bit too much about our 1st Amendment rights; so we chose NOT to sign for their hush money.

The dispatched movers (BLVD moving) broke SOOO much of our possessions and damaged many others. We are a military family and this was by far the WORSE move we have every experienced. Jordon sold us 'white glove' top service. What we received was the exact opposite.

At this point, we may have to take legal action via small claims in order to get the refund we were 'Guaranteed' to receive due to their error. We're talking $4000 of overcharging, due to their negligence. Such an incredible scam.

As you can see from just a handful of photos, this is what they considered 'white glove' service. Anything and everything thrown in a box, NOT wrapped. The worse was a used toilet brush being thrown in a box with my infants inhaler and other meds and shower/bathing items. Again nothing wrapped, juts thrown in without a care.

I recommend this company. They are on time and very polite.
They took care of all my things. And packed it up in a safe way.
