Northridge moving company

It was really easy to move my 2bd apartment. Thanks guys for being in time and taking care of my fragile stuff and realy heavy couch.

The people that work for this company are lovely, but the owners themselves are dishonest. We had a contract for a 26 foot truck. On the day, a 21 foot truck arrived. The employees admitted that they did not bring the right truck. We went with this company just for the bigger truck. Unfortunately, the move took longer to try to fit everything and we could not fit everything. Soon, I will be posting a photo of all the things that the movers could not move because they had too small of a truck. Since the people who actually did the move were lovely, we dealt with the owners of the business after the fact to discuss the lack of proper service provided. They said they would follow up and never did. Despite numerous efforts to try to maybe get one hour of the move costs back because of how much longer the move took, they ignored our requests. This company is dishonest and I recommend avoiding them. There are plenty of other options.

Worse moving experience ever lied about the quote charges an extra 1600.00 and 400 for shuttle fee which should have been communicated from the gate

Poor way to run a business.

Northridge moving company moving was fast yet careful with our belongings. Not only were they able to move our entire one bedroom apartment, but they also stopped by a storage unit to pick up my items from there before moving everything to our new apartment on a 4th floor. They did all of this under 4 hours! We had the rest of the day to actually settle in our new place and relax a little bit. Thanks Northridge moving company We will recommend you to anyone we know who is moving and plan on using your services in future. Don't go anywhere else!
