Review:

I needed a piano moved. I was given a quick fair quote . The piano was in my living room within 2 hours. Professionally done.

I used them for both storage and moving. The owner is incredibly nice and definitely cares about his properties and clients. The facilities are incredibly clean, I’m not sure how old they are but they all seem new. The movers were incredibly quick and professional. I hope to not have to move anytime soon, but when I do I will definitely do business with them again.

Review:

Service from this company has definitely gone down hill. My mother has used this moving company several times. Unfortunately, the service has not maintained its high standard.

Yesterday 2 men were there to move furniture out of the second floor in preparation to install new carpeting. However, they charged her for 3 men resulting in her overpaying by $70.

Furthermore, they said they would need to come back to complete the moving of the master bedroom furniture.

Today:
The movers called and said they weren't coming back to complete the work. (Something that should have been said yesterday so that other arrangements could have been made prior to this morning when they were expected)

My 77 year old mother called them to make arrangements and he just kept YELLING at her on the phone when she asked him if there were other movers that could come today to complete the work in time for the new carpet install. He would NOT LISTEN JUST CONTINUED TO RANT and RAVE at her.

I took the phone from her to try to talk to him and at one point asked him to shut up and listen. To which he started cussing at me. He just wouldn't stop talking long enough to listen to anything said to him.

NO ONE should be in a position of MANAGEMENT, that believes that he should speak to ANY CUSTOMER (Repeat Customer or otherwise) in that manner.

Bottom line is that the work was NOT DONE. Was done very slowly. (2 men on 1 nightstand) and charged for 3 workers for 3 hours.

Shame on them for their lousy work ethic, behavior and treatment of a senior citizen!

FOLLOW UP:
Arrangements were made with Northwest Movers prior to moving day. In fact, they were made 1 week in advanced. They were fully aware of the need for this one piece of furniture to go out the bedroom window and had, in fact, been the moving company that moved it into position, through the bedroom window a few years ago.

Cussing was involved. I know not who was cussing at us on the phone but that shouldn't matter. Managers SHOULD NEVER use filthy language when talking to ANY CUSTOMER!

The man talking to us would NOT STOP YELLING long enough to get a single word in. I asked him to shut up and listen; at which point he started cussing at me.

Had he listened, instead of yelling non-stop, I wouldn't have felt the need to post this review about his treatment of me and my 77 year old mother.

Manners and respectful behavior was NOT exercised on his part.

Budget was not the issue: The issue was you overcharging for the job that should have been completed the day before and/or told that your crew would not return so that other arrangements could be made so the job could be completed prior to the new carpet installation day.
