Buster at the shop listened to my needs and helped me choose a suitable safe in my budget. He was very friendly, patient, and up-front. When it came to delivery day, Kalen and Gary were were very professional and respectful of my animals & property. They made short work of lugging this thing up 3 flights of stairs and took the time to answer any questions / concerns I had.

Excellent experience with NW Safe! I was able to find the perfect safe for my needs (Stealth UL50), and it was able to be delivered within 30 days (actual was probably even less). I actually received a call from NW Safe explaining they could accommodate an early delivery.

On the day of delivery I received a call from the driver about 30 minutes in advance, during their delivery window. Kalen and Wyatt were able to navigate my narrow driveway and install my new safe faster than I ever expected. Kalen and Wyatt demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Its clear these two are seasoned professionals, and they obviously care about the customer experience. It seems these days high quality customer service has gone extinct - but not at NW Safe! Thanks to your great communication and professional service I will be sure to contact you in the future for any/all safe needs. But seriously a special thank you to Kalen and Wyatt for being great people and seriously excellent installers. Also very knowledgeable about all your product lines and services. I would hire these two in an instant.

Ryan and Gary came to deliver my safe- they worked super fast and were careful with my wood floors. Personable and funny guys! Once it was assembled they walked me through all and any details and answered the few questions I had about my dehumidifier rod too (super glad I asked because I would have installed it wrong). Extremely pleased with the service they provided! Within one week of purchasing it was delivered. I’d recommend them to everyone!

Got a new safe from here, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me with making an informed decision based on the different manufacturers and models. They also had delivery which was a must for me so I didn’t have to figure out how I was going to move 1600lbs on my own.
