Northwind Self Storage

I talked to Tyler when I wanted to rent a 10 x 10 storage unit at this facility. Now I'm sure that this facility has other great employees but when I talked to Tyler, his incredible dedication to customer service and the rest of his responsibilties made me believe he was the owner of the facility. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I know that any other time I need a storage unit I'll be going back to this place.

Tyler and the crew @ Northwind Self Storage are always prompt, accommodating and provide the best customer service possible, which is always appreciated greatly! The new online payment portal works fabulously! 24hr, lighted, gated access is makes it so convenient! Highly recommend Northwind Self Storage & I thank them for all they do! They have especially gone above and beyond during this pandemic. I am out of state often and never have to worry about my belongings. They also find ways to accommodate your circumstances and it's never a hassle communicating with them. They truly care about their customers. So very thankful for them!
