Norumbega Moving & Storage

I have honestly been debating for the last 3 weeks on whether or not I should share my experience or not.
I hired them to move my family, I wanted to keep business local. They came and toured my home 4 weeks prior to moving and gave me an estimate to move the house. I was to box everything and they hauled/moved all furniture and boxes.
On the day of moving one of my children’s rooms had “bed bugs” (still don’t believe it) so they wouldn’t touch anything in that room.
One of the workers I will say was exceptional and the other was just lazy. The lazy one about a hour into moving the house told my wife that they have to be out of there by 1:30 pm. ( nothing was ever said about a time limit) to make a long story short
I was suppose to receive 3 guys for the day I had 2. They moved half my house and Charged me 180.00 over the original estimate. I spend the following 3 days moving most of the big stuff myself. If I were to move again I would absolutely would use Ron’s moving in Holden or fox and Ginn. I should have used either of them but I decided to stay local. To this day they knew I wasn’t happy at all and nobody from upper management has tried to contact me so please heed my warning and
Don't make my mistake.

They helped me move a few hours away in the Fall of 2023. I really appreciated how accommodating Richard was of my move schedule. The gentleman who did the heavy lifting on move day were both efficient and respectful. Can’t recommend this team of movers enough. Make your move easy, and hire them! Also, of all the moving companies in the area I called, Norumbega had the most reasonable prices!

This family-owned company is amazing. We were moving some things after my sister died and we had a bit of a glitch (our fault- NOT THEIRS!) and when we mentioned the problem to Korin and Eric and asked if they could fix it- they did so immediately and graciously. We would use them again and highly recommend them! Great service and wonderful, kind people.

Norumbega was very responsive when I asked for a sudden, partial move of stored furniture. Korin was so helpful!
