This was one of the easiest and friendliest transactions I've had in a long time. A small, local business rather than a huge corporation made all the difference. Nicole was wonderful to work with and to chat with. Though I rented a smallish room on the fly, I plan on expanding into a larger one and vacating the other (corporate) location I currently have very soon because of my experience here. Highly recommended!
