Great service all around. Anne was helpful with the scheduling and assisted me when I had to reschedule because of rain. Both of the movers were polite and professional. A tiny little shelf peg fell off my headboard during the move. It is about the size of a thumbtack. It wasn't their fault that it fell out. They offered to replace it and I said don't worry about it. Nevertheless, they searched the back of the truck and found it. Ben then placed it back on the headboard. I will definitely hire this company again.

Nova express movers were really great and professional. Moving is a stressful process and the team of people here helped us with our move without any issues.
