The only company to respond to my inquiry, and they responded immediately on a Saturday! Very professional, fair, fast, reliable, and efficient. Had them move a 430 LB aquarium from my garage to my living room. Would use them again without hesitation. Highly recommended. Ben was great!

We hired Nova Express and unfortunately many of our products were broken durning the moving process. Our $1500 standing desk fell out of the back of the truck and no longer works properly. I am genuinely shocked by the average review rating this company has. Something is super sketchy about it because our experience was 1
star at best. Our empty ikea drawers were dropped. And other furniture was scratched. The best the company can do is refund you $75 for damages, which clearly didn’t begin to cover it. Additionally, the overall move took exceptionally long in my opinion, given that we pre wrapped most of the furniture. I would not recommend this company based on the cost, quality, and efficiency.
