BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE OF AN EMERGENCY PET HOSPITAL!!!

We were trying to take our dog to VCA Encina and couldn’t access the parking lot quickly and safely because a Now Delivery Service truck was blocking the entrance while making a delivery to Sport Clips Walnut Creek. They were blocking the entrance for around 20 minutes during the 10:00 hour on Friday, 8/16/2024. They could’ve backed in along the side of the building where deliveries are meant to be and not blocked pet owners but chose not to, motioning for cars to drive around through the adjacent and busy shopping center.

Everyone at Now Delivery is absolutely amazing. They handle the most challenging deliveries for us and always manage to deliver with no issues. Their entire team is wonderful and response time is practically instant. We are so happy to have found them!
