I worked with Brian to coordinate a vehicle transfer for my friend. He was very informative and clear on what was included in the service. He was also patient in answering all of the questions that we had.

Once it was time for the service, the dispatcher and truck driver were very professional and offered clear communication. They also ensured that when the car was dropped off, we had the proper documentation to ensure a safe drive back home. The car was safely delivered with no damage to the vehicle.

Before picking an auto ship company, read their reviews and you'll see many nightmare stories. Everything with number 1 auto transport went really smooth shipping from NJ to CA. I just wish I knew about them earlier since I had bad experiences in the past with other companies. Number 1 auto will probably have a higher quote than other companies but they were worth every penny and saved a lot of heartache.
