I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at NWI Mobile & Self Storage! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Ken is friendly, helpful, and responsive to all questions and/or concerns.
The units themselves are spacious, they have climate-controlled units inside and all units are easily accessible. I appreciate the convenience of it being accessible 24/7 as well.
I've had my belongings stored here since December of 2023 and have had zero issues. I highly recommend this amazing family owned business to anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage units. Five stars, without a doubt!!!

Convenience at its finest! I was able to deliver my belongings to a mobile secure storage box and have it delivered to me at my location at a later time. Saves me time and money. Ken outperformed any expectations I could dream of. State of the art equipment and small town charm all in one!

Ken is a cut above!! From start to finish he was such a tremendous help. His service took a huge burden off us as we ended up needing last minute help. He was always available, always ready to help and we are so grateful.
Such clean facilities, NWI has the best storage containers, and we've used other storage containers in the past. I cannot say enough good things about NWI Mobile & Self Storage.
