Could someone please call me back or let me know that you are out of business, I have been trying for 2 months now to get ahold of you guys. I have left messages for a call back from you and I have heard nothing. Please text or call me back

My husband and I has used this company in the past. The 1st time you're amazing. The last time was MAY 03,2024 I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF 585.00 INCLUDIND TRUCK FUEL 2 MEN AT 75 AN HOUR AND THIS WAS AGREEABLE U N T I L AND I HAVE THE QUOTED TEXT FROM A FEMALE IN THE OFFICE WAS TOLD TO EXPECT THE MOVERS AT AROUND 3 PM BY 5 PM NO MOVERS AND ANYONE ELSE I HAD HELPED HAD TO LEAVE FOR THEIR OWN JOBS ...THE MOVERS DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 6:30 PM MOVING AT A SNALES PASE BECAUSE I WAS THIER 3 MOVE ...EVERYTHING I MY 2 BEDROOM APT WAS BOXED AND READY TO GO THERE WAS 2 BDRM SUITS ONE LOVE SEAT WASHER AND DRYER I HAVE NEVER FELT SO LIED TO A TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF I HAVE WAITED THIS LONG TO GIVE YOUR COMPANY AMPLE TIME TO MAKE AJUSTMENTS .SEVERAL ITEMS WERE BROKEN OR LOST WITH THE PROMISE OF THERE BOSS REPLACING AN ANTIQUE TABLE CURIRO YOUR BOYS BUSRT WE WERE PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED AND DELIVERED PERSONALLY BACK TO US ,BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE HOSES MISSINS YOUR GUYS SPENPT MORE TIME HANGING AROUND THE TRUCK FLIRTING WITH THE WOMAN IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IT EVEVN BE KNOWN AS LOVER BOY AS ONE YOUNG MAN SPENT MORE OF MY MONEY GETTING PAID TO BE OVER 3 HOUR LATE,ASKIG IF THEY COULD STOP AND EAT AFTER LEAVING LOUDON FOR A 13 MIN DRIVE TO SWEETWATER EXIT WHERE FIRST THING I HERE IS TURN GO STRAIGHT BACK TO LOUDON FOR THE TOOLS THEY FORGOT AS I PAID THEM TO STAND AND TALK TO GIRLS IN THE COMPLEX THEY BROUGHT OUR THINGS IN DID NOT SET UP ONE BED BASICALLY PUT THINGS IN SUCH DISORDER WE COULD FIND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. INSTEAD OF A BILL FOR 585 WE WERE CHARGED 912 .00 (WE ARE SENIORS ON FIXED INCOME I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING ABOUT THE CURIUO MY HUSBAND USED FOR ARROWHEAD COLLECTION. IM TERRIBLE DISSATISFIED FEEL THE COMPANY OWNERS SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED US WAY BEFORE NOW 4 WEEKS LATER I REALLY WOULD LIKE EXPLANATION OF YOUR BEING OVER 3 HOUR LATE YOUR EMPLOYEES CONDUCT AND WE WILL NEVER SEE IT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING NO PRIDE IN YOUR WORK. I WAS LATE GETTING OUT BECAUSE WE HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIME YOUR LOVER BOYS COAST MY HUSBAND AND I. First, this delayed review is not a reflection of the outstanding service Brian and his team provided. This review is a bit lengthy but East Tn. Moving specialist deserves the notoriety.
I cannot say enough about this company. They were committed, prompt & went above my expectations.
For those in the immediate area of Sweetwater, TN if you remember the severe snow/ice we had the week of January 15th, any other moving company would not have attempted to do what East TN Moving Specialist did.
We scheduled moving our household goods on Jan 15th, weather warnings were broadcast. We had 8' of snow, then freezing rain on top of the snow with <5 degree temp's. They honored their commitment and were able to move one load of my belongings during the snow storm. I could not keep up with the snow attempting to clear them a path. I was concerned that they would not be able to get the truck down my 1/4 mi. driveway but Brian did not hesitate, drove the truck like a champ! This is were they went above and beyond - My house required two loads. Once they unloaded the 1st truck, weather would not permit them to drive back up my driveway. Brian and I discussed safety and we agreed to maintain contact daily until the driveway cleared. I had a closing date on my home that was postponed due to weather & could not have an additional postponement. Brian honored his commitment and called every morning to check status of the driveway. He even made special trips to look for himself. I had to have the house empty by Jan 24th for closing. The moving truck had mechanical issues. Instead of Brian informing me there would be a delay due to mechanical issue with their moving truck, the company rented an additional truck (@ no charge) to meet their obligation. Over a week later, we agreed that they would give it their best try to get up the hill on Jan 24th, I was running out of time. I walked down and noticed Brian's crew were physically shoveling a path up my driveway for the moving truck. I was astonished!
Once i buy another house (out of state) I will be contacting Brian to relocate my goods, without hesitancy.

Second time using moving services with this company! Would highly recommend!
