Simply terrible. No other way to put it. Took weeks to get our things. They came late to pick up our things as well. When they finally delivered are stuff many items were scratched and/or broken. One of the worst run companies that I have ever come across. Absolutely PATHETIC excuse of a company. A horse and wagon would be a better option. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Do not use this company !! My stuff is stuck for more than 3 weeks and they don’t answer properly. Unprofessional and worst people ever.

The only complaint we had was when they first started unloading the pod they threw our mattress on the floor and used it to step up and down from the truck! They were stepping on parts that were not wrapped. We were mortified to see that from our apartment window so I quickly ran down to tell them not to do that. Also they should have left the wrapping around when transporting vs stripping the mattress bare. The rest of move was fine.

This company was not only unprofessional and very rude but we took extreme care in packing all of our things and when we opened all the boxes not only were the boxes all damaged including heavy duty storage bins but all of our furniture that we've had for years had scratches and nicks out of every piece along with broken knobs on dressers and drawers a broken curio cabinet, missing pieces from the beds. Almost every box that we've opened has contained a broken item. Items were wrapped in bubble tape and surrounded by pillows or blankets and still were broken. Looks like boxes have been jumped on or thrown around. Boxes marked fragile were turned upside down with all items spilling out. I would never use this company. They are a scam. They demand more money when they arrive even when all your things are damaged. Had a brand new fridge that cost $3,000 that was only wrapped in tape. And dented and broken.
A brand new dryer was all stuffed up and dented and had no blankets wrapping it. They charged extra for boxes and packing material and didn't use any of them and left them on my front lawn when they took the items in the truck.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! STAAAAAY AWAY!! ITS A SCAM!! I just moved from California to Colorado and moved with Oasis Moving Company. The guaranteed pick up on May 24th! After calling and calling no one responds, they informed me they would come between 9-11 am on may 26th.They arrived to my home May 26th at 3 pm... guaranteed my drop off June 2nd .. today is June 10th and they just confirmed drop off! Every part of this company is an independent contractor .. no on answers the phone .. I’ve asked to speak to a manager multiple time they won’t give me a name or email. I paid for a full pack and unpack service got nothing. Me and my boyfriend ended up having to help pack and load the truck. I did not pay for this much stress and headache. When you do get someone on the phone they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had !!! CHECK
