Matt said to plan on him moving us but as date got closer, we never heard back so went with a more reliable company..Left several messages and never heard from him.

Please don't commit to move someone and then avoid phone calls & messages. We got someone else to help us,
but would have done that much sooner if we knew you would back out. It's just extremely rude & unprofessional. Shame on you.

Review:
Be aware that you can't rely your moving to this guy that even if you talk to him and set a date for moving they completely don't care. I called on May 3rd and we set my moving for June 11th. More than a month ahead of time, he was supposed to call me to get more details and a week later I called again, he said nothing was set and after so many dumb excuses he was going to check and call me back. Is June 5th and haven't hear from him! Of course I got a different company to do it.

Matt is friendly and thorough. He is a busy guy who returns calls. Understands stresses of a moving - really professional and flexible. His staff works hard.
