O'Brien's Moving & Storage

Second time that O’Brien’s have moved my wife and I. Just like the first time we were completely satisfied. Our new place presented some challenges for the movers but they got around them. Also, on both occasions, we received a credit after our move which is always a pleasant surprise.

We are so glad to have chosen O’Brien’s for our interstate move. Rob came to our home and worked meticulously to give us a very reasonable quote. He was able to schedule us for our preferred moving date. Owen conducted our move. He packed everything perfectly and conducted a thorough inventory so that nothing was forgotten or misplaced. He was punctual, precise, polite and very hard-working. Everything was delivered intact and on time, with Owen giving us regular updates throughout the move. Everyone at O’Brien's was polite and a pleasure to work with. We recommend them without hesitation!

Do not use this company! They were obviously lounging on one of our chairs while it was allegedly in storage. The chair was covered with dirt and had a broken leg that was from obvious abuse. I’m sure their highly responsible ceo will give some moron named Sam a promotion for offering me 6 cents per pound to cover several hundred dollars worth of damage. Let’s see how fast the company gets paid the storage invoice……

Rob was great in the assessment of our things and move. He explained the process thoroughly. We had a two day move. The movers were efficient and worked at a fast pace.

If i could leave less than One Star; i would. Terrible Company. Scratched; Dented; and Gouged several pieces of Furniture. Left a Healthy Scratch on my Laminate Floor right in front of the Foyer; IMPOSSIBLE to miss as you're walking in the door. I had my Laminate Flooring for approximately 10+ years before moving out; and not so much as a slight dent. The people that bought my place are going to Rent my old place out; and they were good about the gouge mark on my laminate. Overall; can't say enough Bad Things about this particular Company.
