I walked with a bad attitude, expecting poor service and high prices. 5 min later after talking with Tiffany and experiencing her 5 star customer service, I had a completely different outlook on Ocean Storage. She thoroughly explained product info and prices to me. She is definitely an asset to your company. As a business, I wish some of my employees had her natural customer skills.
