We had a great experience at the Yorktown location off Coventry. My husband and I were welcomed as soon as we walked in by Sue , all our questions answered with quality and care and we were shown 3 units we were interested in. Facility was clean, maintained good and felt safe. Restrooms on each floor. Everything was explained in detail when we decided to move forward, paperwork broken down thoroughly. There was moving items like boxes, moving tape, wrap, mattress covers, etc., in the front entrance for purchase. Also, like that they supported their local community business and had their business cards out on a table for display. Overall an excellent experience! Thank you so much!
