OCL Moving Inc was a blessing during my mother's moving process. A consultation was completed along with a walk thru to visualize the move and identify any potential barriers such as tight turns or narrow hallways. The team assured my mother that her valuables would be respected and transported safely and shared the process of how our belongings would be transported and wrapped..yes I said wrapped and/or boxed like a gift to protect each furniture/item. My mother joked and said what if I had a chandelier, the team replied 'yes, we have that covered because if we can't move it, no one else can'. The day of the move, the team arrived promptly equipped with wraps/blankets, boxes, tape, etc and carefully moved all items. They were polite, organized and efficient; each team member assigned with a task and handled our belongings with respect. My mother watched as the team wrapped items such as her dresser, glass desk, tables (secured every screw/nuts and bolt) and TVs...and she was impressed with the attention to detail and the teamwork. Upon arrival to the new location the team unwrap each item that revealed zero damage. OCL Moving Inc really lowered the stress and anxiety of moving and my mother and I highly recommend their service, you will not be disappointed. Remember, if they can't move it..no one else can.

My first time using a moving company. I had to move my mothers stuff out of our house into a nursing home. I had reached out to 4 moving companies by email all at once. OCL Moving Inc was the only one who responded. Omar the owner called not even 30mins later after I sent that email. He was pleasant to talk to, easy to work with and clear on pricing. He was also professional and informational, he made sure we had the proper paperwork lined up in order to move into the nursing home. Which I did not know was needed until he mentioned.

His team called before they headed over and came in on time, and were polite and friendly. Omar stopped by himself to check in. Everything was packed up carefully and moved out & in carefully. Directions were followed well, his team placed the bed and night stands where I needed. The whole process went smoothly.

I will most definitely be recommending this business to others as well as using them again for future needs. Thank you to Omar and your team, you made a stressful emotional task a thousand times easier and better.
