Seems pretty clean and a safe place. Trying to move out so currently selling stuff from the unit.

Brian Cash was amazing and was extremely friendly and personal to rent from. The facility is CLEAN and they hold true to their online reservations & online rates, when coming to move-into your unit. This is the friendliest and best storage facility you could rent from in the Baltimore/DC/Annapolis area.
I would NOT recommend Public Storage in Odenton (who I was originally going to rent through) since they did not honor my reservation floor OR price from online. Public Storage in Odenton may look good online, but do not waste your time for hours like I did OR trust they are reserving your unit even after confirming multiple times by phone call.

If you want to be satisfied with WHO you’re renting with AND the price you are paying, give Brian a visit at Self Storage Plus in Odenton!!!

Absolute worst experience renting literally anything in my life. I have rented temporary bedrooms from sketchy landlords in NE DC that were more upstanding than this predatory scam company. They routinely raise rent with absolute bare minimum legally required notice.
They prey on the military members that rely on services like this while deployed or temporarily relocated.

Just picked up my first auction unit, GM Brian Cash was very helpful, informative and pleasant throughout the entire process.
