Storage Unit was nice & clean. The storage unit door was closed & unlocked as I was told it was to be.The facility grounds is clean & well maintained as should be. Customer service /representatives are very helpful & pleasant to cunicate with & friendly. 24hr service for help response in a timely mature if not reachable.

Easy rental process . Super convenient and quick .

Every month I get a past due notice when they are already sitting on the check I've sent them 2 weeks before. This happens every month since the new owners bought this place. Then I call and raise hell about the past due notice and magically 2 minutes later I get an email and a text message that says thanks for my payment. Which tells me they were sitting on my payment all along before sending me the past due notice, Shame this place was sold to the new owners. Nothing but trouble since they bought it . Never had a problem the previous 15 years and two previous owners.

Very nice place to store your exta stuff. Nice people.
