O'Hagan Brothers Moving

Have known Brian a long time and he's honest, reliable and goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped my friend move and she had nothing but positive things to say about them.

On a last minute move which was an emergency these guys were a blessing sent me on Easter Sunday no less ,, when they could’ve been home they helped me and my family.. with three different stops picking up and packing all the way these guys were professional and I know I’m recommending them to everyone!!!! Thank you guys again ? I’ve made a friend for in Brian ?

We had a big move from NY to NC, the O’Hagan Brothers made this process a lot easier for us. They were all kind, courteous and respectful. Got an entire house empty and loaded into the truck within hours.
They are great at what they do and Brian was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend this family owned business over any big named company.

Sadly I have a very mixed review with this moving company.They moved me at the end of September 2023. I used them due to a word of mouth recommendation from a former co-worker that they seemed to be friendly with. Brian and his crew were at times very pleasant, hardworking and efficient. But Brian also repeatedly dodged giving me a written moving contract saying he was just a small operation. I trusted him anyway because of my knowing the former co-worker. After the 1st moving job they some how lost a glass shelf from my refrigerator that they said was left on the Uhaul truck they had used and they promised to return or replace it and that never ever happened! When I reached out to Brian a few times about it I got ghosted. I also found his behavior unprofessional, immature and quite inappropriate at times. But I needed to expedite my move so had to tolerate most of it. I even asked the coworker to speak to him on my behalf several times to get him to replace or compensate me for the fridge shelf. He repeatedly lied & said he was working on it. I paid these guys $2000k for 2 separate moves(tips included)! It still cost me $125 to replace my fridge shelf! Not only that they did not install my stackable washer & dryer properly. Brian said it was because the plugs(whips) were not compatible with the outlets. He even offered to switch them over to the correct ones for a few extra bucks! (?) None of that turned out to be true and I had to have other knowledgeable housing staff personnel assist me with a simple set up that was made even more difficult because the machines were already placed in such a fashion that caused the staff to have to squeeze behind the machines just to plug them in & hook them up to the drainage & vent exhaust. The vinyl flooring under them was also damaged as a result of how these movers placed them down. Turned out the only thing my washing machine needed was a power strip/extension cord! These movers also never attached the vanity mirror to my chest of drawers.
Yes there were things they did do that were very good but I certainly will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else!
