Driver did not call before arrival and brought huge semi truck into residential street. Hit a 15' tree branch that stretched across the street and it came crashing down. No other damage.
All personal belongings arrived ok.

Horrible experience with Oil Capital Relocation! The packing of our home and storage for 5 months went smoothly. When I contacted Oil Capital Relocation 7 weeks prior to desired delivery date, I was provided a '7 day window' during which I might receive delivery of my belongings. The written materials provided by them guarantee a single agreed upon date for delivery. When I complained, they provided a 2 day window for delivery. Then, when our belongings arrived, 31 boxes (a 'vault') was missing. Written documentation confirmed that Oil Capital Relocation was aware that these boxes were stored but not placed on the truck for delivery. When contacted about the missing boxes, Oil Capital said they were missing. Four days later, they were found. Then 2 weeks after that, finally delivered. They have offered no compensation, no explanation, and no apology for 'losing' 31 of our boxes and finally delivery in them later. A delay of delivery claim was filed with Allied Van Lines, who also refuses to provide any compensation, or even apology, for this serious failure of basic customer service. Not only would I not recommend this company to others, I would actively advise others to steer clear of them due to their terrible customer service.
