Old West Moving Assistance

I used Old West Moving Assistance to delver and unload my Ubox pod. I moved from Michigan to California. Jerome was courteous, professional, and on time. He made sure to contact me a few days before the delivery to work out the specifics of the job. (time, place, etc) He and his partner (I forget his name because I'm bad at remembering) were careful and gentle with my belongings and the entire pod was unpacked in about a half hour. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone moving. These guys are true professionals!

I called to inquire about moving a really heavy piece of furniture down a curved staircase within my home. As I sent photos showing the item and layout, Jerome came over later that afternoon to inspect things and his crew and he returned the following day for a perfectly safe move and I am thrilled. They helped me rehang the doors and other bulky items, all with a smile. Old West Moving really knows how to do things safely and I'm happy to recommend them to others. I'll have them back for my future moving projects for sure! I appreciated how my contract was sent for inspection that same day so I would know any details. As my move was a short project, we set a time in the afternoon as I was home from work.
They accommodated my schedule and I really appreciate that! Payment by Square made my credit card payment earn me frequent flier miles too. There were no problems, so thanks for the quick work, Jerome!

Jerome and his team member helped me move on Sunday and they did excellent work. I am very pleased with the results. They tried very hard to adjust the spacing of the items in the truck to make sure everything fit. I highly recommend Jerome at Old West Moving. I've used them 3 times in the last year and he and Anthony have always been on time and come totally prepared. They've even assembled my furniture and moved heavy items around multiple times while I'm deciding on placement. I've never seen anyone pack a truck or a storage unit in such a tight and organized fashion, making use of every inch! They are professional and very kind. I wouldn't use anyone else.
