Lost a 65' tv due to damage in shipment. The said since the tv was packed in its original carton they wouldn't cover the loss. They never told me during the process that original cartons were not covered if damaged. Certainly would have had them packed by the company they did several others. Not good cost me $2000 out of pocket.

Your men came to deliver furniture to a tenant upstairs and left huge cardboard boxes in front of the building in busy Downtown Manhattan. They were asked politely to load their truck, which was no where in site, because our neighbors were calling, worried that they would get a sanitation ticket. The man in charge was very rude and intimidatingly said, 'you're not paying me so I don't have to do that.' Ignorant attitude.
