Olivenhain Self Storage

I highly recommend Olivenhain Storage. The staff is what truly makes this place shine. Kymberly has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I've had a question. Citlalli provides service with a smile and is very kind and professional. I only wish they had access for at least half a day on holidays rather than being closed altogether.

I have an A1 storage unit, which seemed like a cost effective solution. However when my storage needs exceeded the 3 month mark, their policy is to raise the monthly rent approx 16%. This would occur periodically every few months. I found Olivenhain SS via google, call up last month and spoke with a very pleasant and informative rep. After shopping around I found their storage rates the most advantageous. The monthly rate is fixed for a year. When questioned about the potential increase next year I was quoted and estimated average of 8%. I like the honesty and straight forward answers. I have made a deposit to hold a unit for next month.

2025 update - Just moved out of my unit. Can not complain about the past year's service. No issues at all. I had wonderful customer service as the storage unit was re-book under my LLC. I high recommend this location for your storage needs. My things were in great condition upon leaving. No signs of rodents, insect damage, or water/moisture issues.
