Hit or miss. Move out for me was amazing fast crew was great. Move in they were two hours late (not the crew fault- this is scheduling which is Olympia fault) the crew was nice but constant smoke breaks when I’m paying by the hour and they already were late. Broke bed they had to put together cause they had to do it fast since they were so late and it was evening at that point. Don’t really blame them since different crew hard to put together a bed they didn’t take apart to begin with. That’s Olympia fault for not being able to use same crew and Even though I paid for valuation coverage they gave me practically nothing / which their valuation page is very misleading saying full replacement coverage when it is NOT that at all. Since they hire crews for each job you will have a hit or miss experience so can’t recommend them.

The movers did an excellent job with our move. They were on time, well prepared, and didn’t damage any walls or furniture! I would definitely use them again.
