I highly recommend using Olympic for piano moving. They were professional, were able to squeeze in a last minute piano pick up and delivery, were on time, and did a fantastic job. I’ve used a few piano movers in the past and these guys by far are the best! Their price was very competitive with other movers in the area! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

There was nothing positive about this experience. I arranged to have the piano picked up. I asked for a timeframe for which it was going to be picked up. I was told that they could pickup at 12:15 and that they couldn’t drop off the piano for a day later.

After going to the pickup location, dragging out of the house my newborn baby and going great lengths for other arrangements, I called Olympic piano. Not only did they not bother to call, but when I called to follow-up they indicated they wouldn’t be there until after 2pm (hours past committed timeframe). Additionally, the person was extremely rude and told me how he was doing me a favor. To be clear he was not doing me any favors especially since I was paying for the service and had made significant arrangements to provide him business. Besides being total inflexible, deprioritizkng our pickup over another client and sleezily assuring me no damage would happen to my piano that he was planning on holding captive for a day, I would never use this company ever again.
