We had worked with Olympic in September 7, 2024 on a residential move the movers were great, when our refrigerator had got dented in transport the gentlemen were aware of it and stated that their company would handle the claim and they will note it on their paperwork and to contact Chase on Monday. We contacted Chase and he told us to email them the photos of the damage and a statement, that was completed immediately. This is when thing went from not contact from Chase or Olympic Moving. He then called back after a voicemail was left that their insurance claim was dismissed and they would reimburse a check and he asked for our address after 3 weeks I called him and he stated that they would Venmo our money. That didn't happen. I proceeded to contact Chase again and he would ignore our calls and text. Please beware of how they handled their claims and actions. I will be contacting our local news channel and the local BBB.

Thank you for responding, but your reply contains several inaccuracies. The biggest issue here is the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and shifting of blame—exactly what I stated in my original review.
1. You claim I had items 'everywhere,' yet I didn’t request or use packing services. The time spent was for already boxed items and furniture. Not to mention, your statement is blatantly false.
2. Your lead mover stated to me that their notes read that both homes were one-story, despite my clear email stating both had stairs.
3. I specifically requested mattress wrapping ahead of time, which was skipped without my consent. Saying 'they didn’t get dirty' misses the point entirely.
4. Despite scheduling a follow-up call for 12/2 at 2:30 PM, I never received any communication. Instead, you responded weeks later via this Google review, further demonstrating your lack of accountability.
Initially, blame was thrown between your staff, and now it’s shifted to me. My concerns remain valid, and your response only solidifies the unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced. I stand by my review.

I'm giving a low rating for this company due to poor communication and unprofessionalism. I provided a detailed list of items and was assured via email that 2 men would be enough for 'a couple of hours.' When the movers arrived, I was told it would take 2 hours just to wrap my items and that I needed a 3rd mover, costing $169—more than my original $159 quote. (I originally asked about this days prior via email but was reassured that 2 men was enough.) Had I known this upfront, I would’ve gone with another company that quoted a better price for 3 men.
The lead mover shared that his notes stated that both homes were one-story, despite me clearly stating via email that both had stairs. On top of this, I was assured mattresses would be wrapped, but they were not. When I raised my concerns with Chase, his dismissive response was, 'You got 3 movers like you wanted, and the mattresses didn’t get dirty.' He also scheduled a call with the owner for 12/2 at 2:30, but I never received a call or follow-up. (My move was 11/25)
The move was so unorganized that items I asked to leave behind were brought to my new place, and I was billed for an unfinished move. Communication was terrible across the board, blame was shifted, and I was left with the bill despite being the only one with written communication for reference. I cannot recommend this company and regret choosing them.
We were in a pinch and needed some help on short notice. Preston and his team were very responsive, affordable and incredibly helpful.
Will definitely use these guys again for moving needs in the future.
This company did me really dirty. I hired them to come help me with move and they did a horrible job. First, don’t trust them to move your things without you being there or watching them. Second, just know if they break your things, they won’t answer your call or text. Won’t recommend them to you. And I hate complaining about other people’s work but if the job is done poorly, you have to.
