Review:
Showed up late. I should have inspected everything before the left. When I came home, I found an unusually sharp piece by my table. Looked underneath and saw they had completely cracked the encasement of my pianolo bar in half and shattered the upper portion . This is a C3 baby grand and clearly they knew it was cracked and left it that way without disclosing the break as it was right by the pedals during reassembly
