Extremely rude staff. No one ever answers the phone or returns their voicemails. Called multiple times to close out the unit and never received any sort of reply. Finally received a call back, being yelled at and told that my unanswered voicemails were just an 'excuse' and that we should have known we needed to turn off the autopay on our own. I was then lectured on how 'this is the way it works way when you vacate anywhere.' We just closed out three storage units in different locations and this DID NOT work this way ANYWHERE else. All other facilities handled the closing out of the unit and payments on their end. He also admitted that he did actually hear the voicemail, but just never called back. While we did ultimately receive a refund, this facility offers absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
