Omega Self Storage

I have been a customer for over 10 years now and Omega Storage is a great facility and very clean.

Horrible company and service. 'Guy' at the desk is rude and acts like you're inconveniencing him. One time I walked in and he was vaping behind the desk and acted like I was interrupting. On a Sunday 8/12/23, items of mine got stuck in the lift. Since the office was closed, no one could help me get the lift to work let alone open back up. I called Omega, left voicemail to inform them what happened. Called after work the next day to follow up and the guy did not even listen to my voicemail (probably no voicemails). Explained to him what happened and he said he will go take a look and then call me back. I stopped by the office that Tuesday 8/14/23 to follow up since he did NOT call me back and he and another large dude both acted like I was bothering them and then said 'we looked in the lift and nothing was there. You can go to the storage and see if your stuff is in the hallway or something.' I drove there, checked the hallways, checked empty units, checked the outside trash and my items were nowhere to be found. Drove back to the office and they acted like there was nothing else to be done. When I suggested that they look at the footage, the main guy said 'ok I'll look at the footage and call you in a few days'. I gave him until Saturday, 8/26 and of course he did not call me, so I called him to follow-up. His response: 'oh I looked at the footage and didn't see anything'. When I asked him what he meant, he said it again. I don't even know how he has a job- the owner must be his daddy or something. I asked him if he would prefer me to come to the office and look at the footage with him since he 'didn't see anything'. He said that won't be necessary and that he will have his manager look at the footage. Two business days later and I still haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional, lazy, and they probably don't actually have working cameras in the facility. Would not recommend.
