On 3 Moving

I don’t know if some of these reviews are falsified from angry competitors, but these guys really did a great job with me!

I had a 2 story, 3 bedroom, move from Winston-Salem to Greensboro. Aj had spoken with me on the phone to let me know the guys would be arriving at 10:30 and the total price of the move BEFOREHAND(unlike these other companies who switch it up as soon as it’s over).

The three men that showed up Chris, Khalid, and James, were on time and even brought me a Starbucks coffee! What movers have you ever had that bring you coffee unannounced? These guys proceeded to work there tails off! I even had to stop them a couple times to get them to drink some water! I also had forgotten to pack up two closets in the guest bedroom, they packed it up for me in their own boxes and loaded it up without hesitation. The entire move only took 4 hours including the drive and breaks I forced them too take.

I can’t praise this group of movers enough, they deserve 5 stars.

Made a stressful move that much more stressful. We scheduled an interstate move to Maryland with this company as they are one of few in the area that will do a move outside of NC. They communicated often between the original quote and signing the contract. The team loading our home were good. They were somewhat organized and arrived on time. This was the last positive moment thereafter.

They were scheduled to arrive on a Sunday afternoon but after waiting a few hours at our new home, we couldn’t reach the movers. Someone finally called us back and let us know they hit traffic but we had to pay the extra hours for hired help.

The vanity desk I had was completely destroyed without apology (and the insurance has yet to pay out anything six weeks later), our boxes were moved into our garage instead of our home and they didn’t want to put together our beds (as contracted). It was horrible customer service. When I called to ask about the issues, we were given a lot of excuses and the runaround.

Now that I know I’ll have to replace my vanity on my own, I can say unequivocally that I do NOT recommend this company. They don’t value your items or your time!

I was thoroughly impressed with the moving company On3 Moving. They showed up on time, were efficient and picked my items up with care and moved fast, without any damages whatsoever upon arrival to my destination! Would definitely use them again if I need a moving service and would highly recommend them to others.
