Mauricio and his team far exceeded our expectations. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to a move. They were beyond careful with all of our things. Nothing broke, not one thing. Throughout the day they consistently communicated as to what to do next and where to put things in our new home. Disassembled and re-assembled everything. Even connected our washer and dryer. Our experience was wonderful and we will give out their information to anyone that asks about a moving company. Oh and I cannot forget to mention their fair pricing!! I had used Mauricio to clear up a storage unit when he was alone and only had a pickup up truck. He was great. When I saw his advertisement on OfferUp I was glad that he had expanded & used him for my move. The night before, I had a bad fall and was partially functional. Mauricio and a young man was with him which Mauricio had to give him instructions on practically everything. I don't like giving bad reviews, but wanted to spare the public of having their property damaged. Practically all my furniture got scratched, a marble top was cracked, my tv has a thick white line in the middle, they left the previous address in a mess, they did not set up anything in the new place and lastly, they took all day because of inexperienced help. I had to constantly supervise because of the constant errors. Very disappointed in how things were handled.
