On The Go Professional Movers

I waited to leave a review, but I appreciate everything! I moved in June. The movers were patient with me. I had to move from Meridian, MS to Biloxi, MS. I waited to pick up my new furniture on the day of moving which was a bit hectic and not at fault of the movers at all, but they still remained calmed and made sure I got all my furniture before leaving
(Had to pick up from three different warehouses which was not planned smh). Nothing was damaged and all of my things were reassembled. We did have to wait in the beginning for a guy to bring tools to break down my daughter bed, but it all worked out, because I wasn't fully packed smh. It was extremely difficult moving by myself with my daughter, but they really helped to make the process easy as possible. I would definitely use them again if needed because the price and patience/customer service really made a stressful event less stressful!

Definitely would not recommend using them. We scheduled a 5 hour move, and got several confirmations before the move date. We became concerned after they were 30 minutes late, and began texting and calling to see where they were. We called and texted literally 15 times, and have yet to get a response. Our move date was locked in, so we had to rent a uhaul at the last minute, load up, and move our things 5 hours away on our own.

Be cautious using these people. Communication was fine up until the move date. I do not leave bad reviews, but people need to know to have a backup plan if using these people.

I was so pleased with On The Go. Our U-Haul broke down at the start of our cross country move. On The Go was suggested to us by the local U-Haul personnel. They responded quickly to our unusual situation and had a team there within an hour of being contacted. The movers took every care with our belongings, many of which were irreplaceable antiques. When I expressed concern over placement of specific items, they gladly made changes to ensure our items were secure and would arrive to our destination safely. I would highly recommend their services.

Mind you, I don’t leave negative reviews, but it is important for those reading to know about my experience.

I DO NOT recommend this moving company at all. Don’t walk, RUN! They showed up late for the move and with one guy. My father had to basically load the truck alone. I was told by this guy that the owner did not give them notice until the night before of my move. I scheduled this move two weeks in advance. He took my items to go pick someone random up to help him. Talk about a nervous wreck? The truck was too small, so multiple trips were made. They also broke my TV. I called and texted the owner, Keith multiple times and he would not respond. His staff stated that he doesn’t answer the phone.

This was the worse and most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Will not use them again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

A discount was given, but the negative experience outweighed it. He also did not answer the phone until it was time for payment. Go figure! I hate this happened.

They were very professional, timely and courteous. Would recommend them for their service.
