On The Grind Trucking

My appointment with them was for 10 am and they didn't arrive until 3:00 pm. They came in a U Haul truck because their truck was stuck on the freeway in Orange County with problems and I had specifically used this company because they were close to me in Burbank, Ca. They didn't call me to say they would be late. I had to call the company after waiting for 2 hours and then they told me of the delay which turned ou much later. Then they said I need to pay the drivers as soon as they take all my furniture to the new address but they said they don't take checks or cash! However, their contract specifically says they take checks or cash!' I was so skeptical of them at this point and redfuswd ro allow them all my info on my credit card so I insisted to pay cash. But never got a receipt and the company said the drivers never have them the cash! It's been a terrible experience dealing with their accounting company to straighten all this out. Their name is Montauki495Trucking.

This moving team was efficient, professional, timely, and even finished ahead of schedule, freeing up more of my day. Great estimates on price and time. so happy and thankful i went with this team.

yup here we go truck was on time got things loaded ..we left that nite and the trruck left the next morning and they still beat us to missouri ////delivery was set for 7 am i got there at 620 and dude already has half the truck unloaded ....fast effiecient service

Moving isn’t easy, and to trust a company nowadays it’s a hard thing to do, even after checking online reviews.
I have a baby and moving can get very stressful, but Nate called me and respected my availability to be in contact and so he didn’t gave up to following up back with me and I loved that. Which makes me take the decision and go with them.
Jamie also took over and manage things with me.
Shout out to Bryan the driver who’s an amazing guy, made sure he was on time and doing everything he could to bring my stuffs in perfect condition. Which he did.
No complaints whatsoever.
