Great customer service and the 2 gentleman that dropped off and picked up were professional and knowledgeable. I told them what I needed and they took care of it.

On The Move was one frustrating letdown after another. Multiple times they overpromised, underdelivered and overcharged. We were told they could offer us flexibility to move our drop off date if we gave them 6 days heads up. Twice they couldn't accommodate our request when our closing date was moved with between a week and a half and two weeks notice because they didn't have the available trucks. That would have been acceptable, but the second time it happened when they had to deliver on a Saturday instead of the Friday that we wanted, they charged us an extra weekend rate. We had to pay extra because they didn't have the resources to fulfill the request that we'd been previously told would be allowed.

We brought this to their attention and were told (in different words) 'too bad'.

Their quotes are also incredibly misleading. They charge separately for drop off and for pick up, but charge for both even if they drop off and bring one back on the same trip.

They made promises about drop off scheduling and notice of arrival that they also weren't able to keep. Again, always overpromising and underdelivering.

The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is that at the drop offs Antonio and Diontae were polite, professional and helpful. Everything else was a gong show.

On the Move is awesome. Staff is on point and they deliver on time. Containers are excellent as well.
