Although talking with Nikki is easy and professional, the team that packed my 1919 Steinway baby grand was awful. They were late, chaotic, forgot their tools (rubber mallet, dolly), they broke my new piano board, and didn't properly pack my piano for its out of state journey so it had numerous spots rubbed through to bare wood and two huge strap scratches created when they loaded it on the moving truck. I would NOT recommend this team pack and ship a piano.
