On the Move: Moving and Storage

I used On the Move to move from Murfreesboro to Orlando. This was the easier move ever! Except for TVs and mattress, we packed everything ourselves, so we really did not use much of the packing services. However, the TVs and mattress were all very well packed. The items on the truck were all wrapped and protected. The movers were very pleasant and efficient. On top of that, the price was much better than what I got from other companies. The office staff was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend these movers!

Moving...it's never really fun. But On The Move made it easy, painless, and dare I say, fun. Tom came out to give me an accurate estimate and stood by his quote...carefully assessing all the contents to be moved. He was on time, professional, friendly and took time to give me tips and suggestions.

Now, about the crew led by Shauntavius...they were extraordinary! Again, on time, upbeat, professional...came in and introduced all the team members, and got to work after coming up with a game plan, as they had a drop off at my new house and a storage unit.

Shauntavius, Troy, and Preston started the day and Jay came about halfway through the day...THEY WERE OUTSTANDING. Oh my goodness...made the day not only bearable, but fun. They were never without a smile, always polite, genuinely enjoyed working together as a team, and it showed.

I have moved several times over my lifetime, and this was hands-down the best move. They took great care with all the furniture, and even went the extra mile at the end of a long day to help my daughter, as well.

I have another move in the near future, and On The Move will be my go-to for that endeavor. I hope this crew will still be available. Thank you, On The Move staff...Tom...and the entire Shauntavius-Crew...hats off to you for a job well done!

I could not be happier. Unfortunately we moved right in the middle of hurricane Helene with tons of rain and not the easiest driveway to manage with rain and being a steep incline on treated concrete. These gentleman worked a very long day due to this with no hiccups. Our old living room basically became a wrap factory with the lead man taking on this responsibility. I have to mention that this was a family affair with 3 of the 6 being related. We had a Dad (driver and weight management for loading), Son (Lead man) and nephew which they treated us like family. It was a hard day but these gentleman made it a fun one and a smooth move. The guys you see in the picture are the people you get. When they came for the quote, I felt like I was talking with an uncle and felt at peace. I have already given their information to multiple friends and looking to use them on my next business move as well.
