On The Move Moving Company

Kevin and team were great.

Pretty horrible experience with this company and its owner Dustin. Dustin came out and inspected what we needed moved. He sent 3 movers on the day of the move - 1 was 16 and hungover and sat most of the day on our couch, 1 was obese, and the other was great. Took considerably longer than anticipated but we understood. One of our main pieces, a brother GTX printer which produces a majority of our income had to be moved with extreme care and not turned over due to the ink in the printer. The movers did that anyway and dropped printer and ink went everywhere and ruined the motherboard and the main print head. Over 5000.00 in damages and printed was out of commission for 2 weeks and we lost considerable income. In addition, several items that were moved never made it to our new location. I reported this and the owner Dustin said he would take responsibility for the parts and was going to run through insurance - but to do that he was going to have to fake another move to get the insurance to pay. Clear insurance fraud. I am going to report them to their insurance company since I have the proof of the planned fake move. Just not the type of business to deal with. I would highly recommend finding any other company to help with your move. These guys use third party contractors, not their employees and have no control of who shows up or what they do and takes no responsibility for their actions.

KEVIN IS THE BEST! I was dreading this move out of a high rise on a busy road, but Kevin and his team not only packaged and stored everything perfectly for a cross-country drive, but did it all under two hours. These are the best movers in the world!

Great experience with Kevin Bankhead and his crew! Professional and courteous. Would definitely use this company again!
