I contacted the company with U-Haul. Communication was originally really good. There were a number of scheduling conflicts and driver call ins. The company wanted me to cancel their service because they had other jobs. Do not use this group in connection with U-Haul. They do not care how long your possessions sit unclaimed. Just make better choices.

If possible I would leave a negative star review. Why? They never showed up. They called 4 hours after scheduled time to say, sorry everyone got food poisoning yesterday,. We can't come.
So everyone got sick day before and you can not call? Can not call until after job supposed to be finished?
No, I don't believe it. I hope they are removed from moving help for no shows.
If your moving help is absolutely needed go elsewhere.

On Time and a Dime came through for me when UHaul incorrectly loaded my UBox order onto the trailer. They sorted it out and were able to deliver my boxes on my reservation day. The movers were very polite, efficient and careful with my belongings. Highly recommend!

I was supposed to have a UBox delivered today. When I called to inquire about the email I received that stated the date had changed to April 30 Jimmy Benton told me that Moving Help changed the date. Moving Help does not randomly change dates, the moving companies themselves change the dates. Terrible way to do business. He should have called me the day before when he realized he was overbooked instead of leaving me in this bind at the last minute.

I am so glad to have met this wonderful team! It was spare of the moment, but they didn’t hesitate to take on the job of unloading my truck!! They are fast, efficient, friendly, passionate and professional!! I wish I could give them 10 stars.
