On Track Storage

So I've never been using this facility for 3 years a little bit longer for multiple units between personal and business.
I've had autopay setup I've had to call multiple times I have this taken care of.
But recently they switched to a on track system and apparently did not want to communicate with any of their customers that they may have issues transferring over information.

So without informing any of its customers about any possible issues and to notify them I got charged multiple late fees on accounts that had units combined and set up on auto pay. When I call to try and get this fixed I'm being told that I'm wrong and so I is telling I can show them our receipt because I keep these receipts for business purposes then they stop arguing.
Still charge me a little late fees have to call back instead of refunding the late fees they credit I told them no I do not want them credited.
**Only companies that can't refund you any part of your money back are scams if they can take money they can refund money this is coming from a business owner**
