I rented a truck from them and couldn’t even move all of my things they gave me a truck the battery went dead I had to sit at the storage place for a hour or longer for him to try to jump it but end up having to wait for him to replace the battery left me out there while he went to the store and bought a battery. It was dark when I took my first load so I just took the truck back all of my help left so I had to pay someone else to use the truck the next day . Horrible customer service.

We have done business with AAA Stow a way for years. My mother and sister also have units. They have always worked hard to help us any they can. The staff has always been a fun and helpful bunch. Always fun of smiles and always eager to help.

We've rented buildings from AAA stow a way for over 20 years. They have always been extra great helping us get we needed even on Sundays and Holidays. The staff in the offices have always bent over backwards to get answers to questions and solve problems in a timely manner. We will always recommend them to anyone we know needing a storage solution.
