One Box Storage

Great storage facility, melody is very helpful and responds promptly to calls or texts. I previously rented large storage space and it was very easy to get in and out.

Manager was very nice. Nice, clean facility.
I am moving into One Box Storage from my space at Public Storage because public Storage is constantly raising their rates to the point that I am now paying twice as much for 2 units than I was for the 3 I started with. Not necessary increases, but the Public Storage 'just because we can' fees.
A few other things that I like is that One Box Storage is 24 hour access, which is good for me to have on occasion. Public Storage is only 6am - 9pm.
One Box Storage has better security. Cameras everywhere. Public Storage only has cameras around the main building at the front of their facility.
One Box Storage has a light inside each unit. The Public Storage facility I am moving out of does not have lights in the units and much of their outdoor lighting in the back units are not working.
One other thing is I like the higher ceilings at One Box Storage. I'll be able to go a little higher with my shelving and get more into each unit and organize without stuffing it and leaving no room to move or having to dig for what I need.
I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy being at One Box Storage.

Customer service was very helpful and easy to work with. Storage unit was clean and what was advertised.

Very easy access, Always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Not over priced like some storage places. Also very clean and I feel safe having my things stored there.

Very friendly staff and accommodating to the stressful and chaotic life we have when things change suddenly!
