Incompetent movers they showed up with the wrong size truck. On delivery televisions were missing and broken Many items were damaged. Many totes were not delivered.They charged an extra $1000.00 at delivery and held my load ransom until I paid. Wayne Howell is a lying, incompetent thief. He is so bad the insurance company will not do business with his company any longer, so good luck when you file a claim. I would not recommend them to move to the house next door

I recently utilized One Circle Moving and Storage company for my relocation and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Both the moving team and the office receptionist demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The receptionist was able to address all of my inquiries effectively. Moving can often be a source of significant stress, but their services greatly alleviated that burden. I highly recommend their services and will certainly consider them for future moves.

I can barely give them a one, except for how nice the moving guys were when they came. Half of our things didn’t come back, including our couch, leather recliner, club chair and other miscellaneous household items, including all my jewelry and my dad’s naval medals. What did come back was mostly damaged! No communication and run around. This has been a nightmare!!

Wayne, Edwin, Warren, and Hamilton did a excellent job helping move. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a nice smile and friendly customer service. They took exceptional care of every item they moved. I highly recommend them. Hands down the best.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into our new home and hired One Circle Moving & Storage to do the job! I must say that was THE BEST decision we've made hands down!! 10/10!!!

The owner and manager of the Company, Mr Wayne, is very knowledgeable, kind and a man of his words. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat with how professional and down to earth he was.

Each of his staff was so courteous, helpful and efficient. On moving day, they were not only prompt, but they also showed up with smiles on their faces which says alot about this entire Company. If anyone has moved before, you know how stressful the process can be, but these guys made the entire process a seamless and easy one.

Despite some things still having to be wrapped up and packed, Mr Wayne and his staff did each with care, enthusiasm and professionalism. We were just in awe of how amazing this Company was from beginning to end. I was a bit scared of the walk up they had to do for our new place, but, this team surpassed all expectations and really went all out.
