I can’t recommend One Move enough!! From the day I had my video estimate with Jacob, I felt that we would be in good hands for our move. The communication with the office ahead of the move was easy and calming. (And you know a move is not a calm event!)

We had a complex 2-day move with two trucks: lots of furniture, kids stuff, dog stuff, and more, from a large house to a smaller one with less storage space. The moving team, led by the wonderful Junior, showed up on time, were highly professional, courteous, caring, and communicated well. We did a walk through and marked where everything would go, and throughout the packing day they asked us about anything they weren’t sure about. All the packing was excellent, nothing broke and the unpacking went smoothly too. The team stayed later than planned because it was a LOT to unpack and they did it all professionally and with extreme care.
We had to keep some boxes and art packed until we were ready to unpack them. The team said they will collect the empty boxes when we were ready. And so they did, more than once in the weeks following the move.

Overall, this was the best moving experience I have ever had across the Bay Area and New York. I highly and enthusiastically recommend One Move for any move, and would certainly work with them again!

Tony took into consideration my specific need to have boxes labelled for customs. He took the time on move day to walk by, making sure everything was going as discussed and planned. Fran has been my customer service agent since 2021 and it’s always pleasant to speak with her. She knows me by name and treats me well every single instance I call her. I like how she has been patient with me and consistently answered my questions. I feel taken care of for being a loyal customer.

They provide hauling and non-accessible storage service for a fee. OneMove owns and manages their own warehouse, therefore secure and guarantees expert service in packaging and moving. Their versatility assured me I was in good hands.

The heart and soul of OneMove are the ground staff. They are trustworthy and honest in their work. They took care of my household goods as dearly as I would. Both times in 2021 and 2024, I was quoted for 4 men/8hours but they’ve beat the quote and ended early both times. Mel was the squad leader and very professional in his accounting and keeping team on track. OneMove has a straightforward and open system for billing. I was provided insurance with the quote as well.
