One-Stop Relocation

Terrible company. The workers were great but in the end the foreman charged 30% above the estimate for moving less items. I’m not even sure I’ll get my items on the date promised. They work with Extra Mile Vanlines and do the old bait and switch even with a binding agreement. The truck the used broke down and they left behind a spent battery. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS.

Update was supposed to have my stuff on 8/14. Still don’t have as of 8/19 and not returning phone calls.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Beware of Starlines Vanline and Their Affiliates (Green Van Lines & One Stop Relocation)!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Starlines Vanline and their affiliated movers, Green Van Lines and One Stop Relocation. My move, which should have been straightforward, turned into a nightmare. Here’s what happened:

1. **Unreliable Quotes and Bait-and-Switch Tactics**: I initially received a quote of $2800, which I chose over a $3000 flat rate offer because I was assured it was a 'Binding to Not Exceed' price. However, just two days before my move, I was quoted $4428 despite no changes in my inventory. On moving day, this quote inexplicably jumped to $6400. This massive increase felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and was completely unacceptable.

2. **Overcharging on Cubic Footage**: The movers claimed they used 1100 cubic feet of space, but after measuring it myself in front of them, I discovered they only used 768 cubic feet. This discrepancy led to a $2000 overcharge. I sent them videos as proof and requested a refund, but they denied my claim without any valid reason.

3. **Damage and Loss**: To add insult to injury, they damaged half of my belongings and lost other items. The lack of care and accountability in handling my possessions was appalling.

Despite my attempts to resolve these issues with them directly, they have been unresponsive and dismissive. If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, avoid Starlines Vanline and their affiliates. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional.

The team at One stop relocation did an incredible job with moving our household goods! Military moves are generally stressful and trying to work things out so everything goes smoothly is often nerve wrecking but that stress was removed off our shoulders by One stop relocation. They were very helpful in getting our household goods wrapped up nicely. I had a team of 5 that worked efficiently together and were very kind. I could tell they pride themselves in their skills. The furniture that needed to be wrapped was wrapped up nicely and with so much care. The team lead Mike was also very kind and helpful throughout the process. It took them 4 hours to get our 4 bedroom house done and ready. They have communicated with me throughout the movement and provided the delivery date we wanted without any issues. I would definitely work with the team at one stop relocation again in our future move.
