One Way Van Lines

One of the worst experiences ever. Constant change in price, lost our furniture and never returned phone calls when we asked about it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Kyrtis did a wonderful job. There was no screws to the dining room table. Not his fault.

Trust the reviews! This was the first time I ever used professional movers, but they were far from professional. While they did disassemble and wrap my larger furniture items, they were in such a hurry, that they didn't handle the items with care. It took over 2 weeks for delivery when I was quoted 7-10 days. When the truck arrived, again they rushed and several items were damaged including a large crack in the headboard of my bed. The bed was also not assembled correctly, I found missing pieces on the floor. The guy who set it up surely saw the damage and tried to rush out before I could say something. He also played his music real loud and was yelling to the other guy which I'm sure my neighbors didn't appreciate. Not worth the money.

Do NOT use this company. I was placed with this mover through a broker for a move from OH to SC (416 miles). They said it would take about 5 days, that trucks left for SC every week, but it took them from July 10th to Sept 6th to deliver...well beyond the DOT's 30 day limit (even if they only count business days...another total crock since my pick up was on a Sunday). Lived on the floor for 2 MONTHS! They lied countless times about delivery dates and then when they finally delivered, it was NOT them! It was another contracted moving company who said my stuff was the last of anything in the Ohio warehouse and the new company didn't even have a complete inventory or my things, so they wouldn't know if something was missing.
OneWay was unresponsive to calls and emails and LIED every time I did reach someone. I spent hours and hours of my time trying to get answers.
RUN!!! And if dealing with a broker, let them know you will NOT use ONE WAY VAN LINES.
