After reading enough reviews about horroble moves, one will inevitably become wary and expect the worst. O'Neill totally blew me away with how professional and kind they were every step of the way. Absolutely awesome team delivered my belongings efficiently and with care up to my third story apartment (with an elevator, but still). Scheduling the delivery was super easy as well despite the delay due to the snow. Truly can't recommend them enough!

O'Neill Transfer and moving was hired by our International mover air and sea moving International to take care of boxing up and transferring all of our personal belongings and household items. There was complete chaos in our house items are not properly wrapped and padded, some baggage that was clearly out had items being added to it or snatched off doors and from corners and packaged as if they were going in the freight. We scrambled like hell to find our bags only to realize that they've been wrapped up ready to be put on a container. The end they forgot to load items which had been previously pointed out specifically to the lead worker. They seemed overwhelmed with the size of the move and that could very well be the reason they did a super s***** job.
