We have used them for moving services. They have amazing customer service, in person & on the phone. You can even get more boxes ? when packing up your stuff. I recommend this Company.

Our cross country move with this company was appalling from start to finish. In the folder that Mayflower is supposed to give you when they come to estimate cost, Mayflower claims to 'to protect your furniture every step of the way.' Not so, although we did not receive said folder until after we signed the contract. 'Ooops, I've only ever forgotten that once before.' Mayflower gives an arrival window but disregards it. The $100 a day compensation is grossly out of touch with current prices, and then there's the furniture protection issue. They don't. Packers pack high value item with kitchen spices and completely ignore other high value items which may or may not arrive in one piece. Yes, be all means make a claim and learn about depreciation of your personal belongings packed in such a way that the unloading crew have no option but onto your furniture or picture boxes. Their numbering system fails so do not expect them to help find missing items. they can't. Needless to say, I will not use this company again.
